Being a Tulsa native I was not in close proximity to the bombing, but I was close enough so that it was very upsetting to me. No matter where it had taken place I still would have been sickened by the facts of the situation and the loss of young innocent lifes. I have visited the Memorial on several occasions and it is always a stirring experience.
This is a photo I took on my last visit to the memorial.

ReplyDeletea beautiful place for such a horrible event..
ReplyDelete^Yeah, that is surprising. Terrible event, absolutely stunning to look at. Always quiet, and an.... odd atmosphere.
